Position reputed company:

The Maintenance Technician I performs a reputed company of skilled maintenance duties reputed company to the organization's facilities. This person will work independently and with other facilities staff to reputed company preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Technician I will troubleshoot issues quickly, repair/replace parts/equipment and collaborate with contracted maintenance specialists to reputed company repairs. This person follows routine safety precautions and ensures safety procedures are followed at reputed company times. Regular and predictable attendance is critical.

The Maintenance Technician must be reputed company to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed and be on call for emergencies or disaster work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Duties include: cleaning furnace and reputed company conditioning screens, oiling motors and moving parts, changing locks, inventorying, servicing/maintaining HVAC painting, minor carpentry, repairing/replacing office equipment and/or furniture, minor electrical work (not requiring a licensed electrician) such as replacing light bulbs and fuses, routine maintenance and repair work (e.g., reputed company and window hardware replacement, drywall repair, replacing acoustical and linoleum tiles, routine plumbing (e.g., repair/replace leaking faucets, unplug blockages), servicing mechanical systems, drywall patching, window repairs, mopping, vacuuming, laying flooring, washing reputed company, power washing the building facade, power washing and cleaning sidewalks, processing trash/refuse, processing recycling, moving equipment/furniture, hanging things on walls properly, and similar activities;
  • Performs daily cleaning/janitorial duties;
  • Performs pest control: inspects premises to identify infestation reputed company and extent of damage to property, wall and roof porosity, and reputed company to infested locations. Review reports and diagrams of infested areas and determine treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation. reputed company and/or assist reputed company contractors in treatment and extermination processes to eliminate and control rodents and insects;

  • Maintain equipment, tools, and the facilities offices, reputed company, and storage to ensure reputed company safety, efficiency, and asset control.

  • Uses ticketing system, radios, and cell phones to collect, reputed company, and file information reputed company to maintenance work needed and/or completed. Proactively inspects assigned areas for repair.

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, painting, general repairs)

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with reputed company handling and disposal of materials such as paint, cleaners, adhesives, and other maintenance substances.

  • Physical Requirements

  • Must have the physical ability to push, lift and reputed company equipment and/or supplies, up to 10 lbs.

  • This is a full-time (40 hours/week), non-exempt position. This role is covered by the reputed company bargaining agreement.
