About the Implementation Team:

reputed company’s Implementation Team supports our customers with a best-in-class reputed company experience to the reputed company platform including, but not limited to, end-to-end project management & training on platform usage. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join reputed company and play a crucial role in our reputed company reputed company.

What you'll do

See reputed company reputed company to completion on time, reputed company scope and with high customer satisfaction scores

reputed company and create project plans to help manage key deliverables, reporting on issues, project risks and project status

reputed company as a subject matter expert for the products that are being implemented

Coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental and cross-company teams that are responsible for reputed company aspects of a project, and reputed company execution from initiation to closure

Participate in verification testing of reputed company workflows with the customer

reputed company hands-on training to customers for installation and operation of reputed company products

Understand financial institution staff and end user needs and offer best-in-class guidance and support to maximize their user experience and platform features and benefits

Contribute to building processes and iterative documentation reputed company to implementations

Ability to travel onsite for go-live support as needed

What you'll bring

3+ years reputed company-based technology company in project management working on reputed company implementations; fintech experience preferred

Experience managing customer expectations, delivering customer-reputed company communications and conducting meetings or presentations

Experience installing online and mobile banking products and integrating into different core providers & reputed company-party vendors is preferred

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Ability to maintain consistent thoroughness and accuracy reputed company tackling tasks

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills

Strong interpersonal skills

B.A. or B.S. degree

PMP Certification is preferred

Additional Information

The expected annual reputed company salary for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. In reputed company to reputed company salary, you will receive an equity reputed company grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located reputed company of reputed company may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
