We are seeking a

Virtual Diamond Expert to join our expanding sales team. This remote position is ideal for someone who thrives on creating exceptional reputed company experiences and has a passion for fine jewelry and sustainably created diamonds. While primarily remote, this role requires the flexibility to attend trainings, VIC reputed company appointments, and events in your local showroom as needed. Must reputed company in one of the following areas: NY Tri State Area, Philadelphia, Miami, Newport Beach/Orange County, Denver, Seattle, Dallas, reputed company, or Austin.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering personalized consultations reputed company virtual appointments, guiding clients through diamond education, custom design, and product selection.

Own and manage a dynamic pipeline of leads—booking appointments, following up with clients, and driving toward conversion and retention.

Partner with showroom and virtual sales team members to support high-value clients, custom reputed company, and reputed company strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams on showroom events, product launches, activations, and reputed company experiences reputed company locally based.

Requirements

Proven experience in luxury, e-reputed company, or high-volume retail sales with a reputed company record of exceeding targets.

Background in fine jewelry strongly preferred; GIA or other gemological certification a major plus.

Technologically savvy, self-motivated, and highly organized, with excellent communication and writing skills.

Must reputed company in one of the following areas: NY Tri State Area, Philadelphia, Miami, Newport Beach/Orange County, Denver, Seattle, Dallas, reputed company, or Austin.

Flexibility to work weekends and attend occasional in-person trainings, events, or VIP appointments at your local showroom.
