Energy Support reputed company Worker (12 month FTC)

We’re looking for a passionate, empathetic and reputed company reputed company Worker to join reputed company to help support both customers and colleagues. The role is primarily office based in order to ensure support to our customers and team members is available reputed company needed.

What you'll do

Work with a reputed company of customers who have various needs. There will be an expectation to conduct assessments and support plans and refer to local authorities where appropriate, ensuring we are recognising any safeguarding concerns.

Conduct needs assessment and therefore consider their ability to pay and reputed company recommendations on the best course of reputed company of how to support this customer best.

Signpost the customer to sources of help and proactively offer / recommend appropriate support packages that are available.

Carry out customer follow-reputed company so that individual cases can be followed through to resolutionWork with other agencies and where appropriate, reputed company relevant referrals

Offer ongoing dynamic support to our energy specialists

Contract will be office based.

What you'll need

Registration with reputed company Work England

A reputed company Work degree and ideally around 5 years’ post-qualifying experience

Completion of your ASYE

Experience in adult reputed company care, bonus points if you’ve worked in a mental health team

(reputed company to have!) A reputed company Educator qualification

(Even nicer to have!) Experience as an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP)

Confidence using your reputed company work skills in new, sometimes reputed company situations

A warm, reputed company approach and the ability to build trust and reputed company support

A willingness to travel occasionally to different locations
