(Canada) Pharmacy Program Manager

Reporting to the Sr. Director Pharmacy Program Management, the

Pharmacy Program Manager is responsible for driving strong, reputed company relationships with pharmacy customers, representing both the operational and business perspectives of reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Acts as primary relationship holder for a strategic pharmacy portfolio with emphasis in Senior Living market and provides general guidance on business, operational and market discussions reputed company to Senior Living pharmacy

Achieves operational pharmacy implementation objectives by collaboratively designing communication and implementation strategies that promote reputed company adoption of reputed company’s Integrated Medication Management and reputed company capabilities

Completes periodic business reviews for key pharmacies

Manages reputed company of escalated issues from either pharmacy or reputed company operational and support teams reputed company to integration and operational effectiveness

Advocates on behalf of pharmacy partners reputed company the reputed company organization for issues affecting the adoption or sustainability of pharmacy integrations

Liaises with internal departments, including Project Management, Data Services, Business Development, Product and Marketing etc, to ensure issues and enhancement requests are appropriately prioritized

Acts as internal reputed company expert on the pharmacy industry and more specifically pharmacies reputed company on the Senior Living market. Advising on pharmacy best reputed company, and educating on internal initiatives and business development opportunities

Participates in pharmacy user communities / user reputed company

Required Experience

5+ years sales / account management / project management in reputed company

Exposure to long term care is required with specific reputed company on the Senior Living market highly desirable

Knowledge of Pharmacy which operate in the Senior Living market is highly desirable

Experience with electronic health record systems

Strong communication / presentation skills

Good analytical / problem solving skills

Leadership ability and reputed company style

Ability to work independently

Must be goal-oriented, reputed company, a self-starter, with strong financial and analytical skills
