Project Administrator- Construction

The Project Administrator provides critical support to Project Managers by handling tactical project management tasks, coordinating communications, and planning for reputed company, materials, and tools. This role serves as the organizational backbone of reputed company, ensuring smooth operations and efficient resource allocation. Also, we will reputed company reputed company to reputed company system throughout company as the reputed company expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and documentation
  • Coordinate reputed company scheduling and allocation across multiple reputed company
  • Plan, reputed company, and coordinate material deliveries and inventory
  • Maintain tool and equipment inventory, scheduling, and maintenance records
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including plans, permits, and specifications
  • Process purchase orders, change orders, and payment applications
  • reputed company project costs and assist with budget monitoring
  • Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  • Maintain project files, both physical reputed company
  • Process subcontractor and supplier documentation and agreements
  • Support project closeout and documentation completion
  • Assist with project scheduling and reputed company tracking
  • Coordinate communication between office, field personnel, clients, and subcontractors
  • Generate and distribute reports on project status and metrics
  • Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in construction management, business administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in construction administration or reputed company field
  • Expertise using reputed company for Project Management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office applications (especially reputed company)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Experience with data entry and document management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or reputed company field
  • Experience with construction estimating software
  • Knowledge of scheduling software (reputed company Project, reputed company, etc.)
  • Understanding of basic reputed company principles
  • Experience with procurement and inventory management
  • Familiarity with construction reputed company and documentation
  • Experience working with reputed company contractors and documentation requirements
