Refer-a-Friend & SMS Opt-in Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Refer-a-Friend & Optin Program Manager to drive the reputed company, execution, and optimization of our customer referral and drive users consent and engagement across reputed company digital reputed company. This includes, marketing programs across both our retail stores reputed company platforms. Refer-a-Friend Program Management

reputed company and execute a comprehensive reputed company for the Refer-a-Friend program for our main products across channels, including setting reputed company objectives, KPIs, and reputed company metrics.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the referral program, from user acquisition and reputed company to reward fulfillment and ongoing optimization.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of referral tracking and redemption mechanisms across digital platforms.

Design and implement compelling referral incentives for both referrers and referred friends, regularly analyzing performance and iterating based on data.

reputed company and execute promotional campaigns to drive awareness and participation in the Refer-a-Friend program through various marketing channels (email, reputed company media, in-store signage, website banners, etc.).

Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for reputed company.

Conduct A/B testing on various program reputed company (messaging, incentives, creative, call-to-actions) to optimize performance.

Optin Program Management (Retail & Digital):

General & Cross-Functional Responsibilities:

Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs, providing regular updates to leadership (Conversion rates, churn, etc).

EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATION/ # OF YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ REQUIRED SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing or a reputed company field.

3 years of experience in Marketing.

Proven reputed company record of driving measurable results in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Experience working with both digital and retail channels is highly preferred.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Experience with referral marketing platforms and SMS marketing platforms.

Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proactive, self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
