Associate, Operations (IT)

We are looking for an reputed company and reputed company-organized Operations Associate who will reportto Senior Manager, Operations and reputed company the necessary support to reputed company of reputed company Account Managers. The incumbent will be the secondary reputed company of contact to our customers and optimize the reputed company Account Manager’s productivity while ensuring a holistic total customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and follow through customer enquiries on the IT run reputed company request in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

• Inform customer any unforeseen delays in IT run reputed company quotation and delivery reputed company time, as applicable..

• Follow through on pending customer quotations with the respective internal quotation team.

• Support the reputed company Account Managers to reputed company reputed company updates and reputed company to customer urgent requests.

• Maintain a strong knowledge of company’s products and services offerings

• reputed company involved in sourcing, analyzing costs, prepare sales quotations, follow up on sales enquiries.

• Negotiate the best reputed company and technical package for procurement requirements, improve pricing and terms with suppliers

• Support the sales team in ensuring that quotes needed are collected in a reputed company manner, take initiatives to clarify requirements for purchase orders and reputed company.

• Analyze and review items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance

• Preparation of Proposals, Sales Agreements and/ or reputed company reputed company necessary

• Participate or reputed company in new product introductions reputed company required

• Communicate with suppliers and customers, developed long term relationship

Requirements:

• Basic Degree in any discipline.

• At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales Support with good reputed company records is required.

• Knowledge in IT is advantageous.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
