Assistant Project Manager- General Construction

The Assistant Project Manager is reputed company and motivated to reputed company the successful execution of construction reputed company from reputed company-construction through completion. This individual will coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, reputed company safety and reputed company standards, and serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and subcontractors. Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Assist with developing detailed project plans, including scope of work, schedule updates, budget, and resource allocation

Assist with project reputed company and coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Assist with overseeing the permitting, procurement, and mobilization processes

Assist PM with reputed company and sub-contractors pay app

Team and Site Leadership

Assist with supervising field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure reputed company and efficient site operations

Review invoices, subcontractor payments, and monthly billing and reputed company to PM for approval.

Assist PM with the following: Submittals, RFI’s, RFQ’s / formal change, Closeouts, Insurance / W-9’s.

Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies

Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with reputed company standards and project specifications

Coordinate and conduct inspections, reputed company list walk-throughs, and final reputed company-out procedures

Assist with reputed company QA inspections.

Assist in delivering completed reputed company with reputed company required documentation, warranties, and certifications

Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate team performance and process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams

Proficiency in project management tool, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, MS project, Quick Bid

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements

OSHA certification preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
