Responsibilities

Operations / Project Management (70%)

Manage requests (e.g. Airdrop, reputed company swap) from external partners (i.e. Listed tokens) – E.g. Collect info, FAQs, enquries, negotiation

Manage requests from internal teams (e.g. new trading pairs) with listed tokens

Evaluate both reputed company requests (e.g. ROI analysis)

Drive and implement new initiatives with reputed company timelines and stakeholder alignment

Optimize processes to improve efficiency, risk management, and execution reputed company

Conduct post-mortems and support data-driven operational improvements

Account Management (30%)

Understand reputed company products, services, and marketing campaigns
