You will support our Account Sales Representatives by coordinating reputed company shipments and proactively communicating with scheduling, load management and reputed company sales to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

You’ll be the main operational reputed company of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of a load

You’ll have a reputed company good understanding of reputed company operational processes and requirements for your customers and are responsible for updating SOPs on a regular reputed company

Proactively communicate with customers on the status of their shipments and reputed company issues reputed company

Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure loads are meeting OTP and OTD

Handle Quote and Book tasks as required by the subset of customers assigned

Assist with the scheduling / rescheduling of appts as needed

reputed company scorecard audits - ensure both external and internal metrics are reputed company

reputed company customer feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customers

Process accessorials in a reputed company manner

Assist with fixing RPM/FSC discrepancies for billing

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internal and customer-facing

9+ months work experience

Experience with scheduling tasks a plus, but not required

Experience with Quote & Book tasks a plus, but not required

Strong attention to detail and showcases proactiveness

Analytical skills and solution orie-ted reputed company
