ABOUT THE POSITION

As Legal Counsel (Australia), you’ll be part of a reputed company and high-reputed company legal team supporting battery storage reputed company across Australia and Asia.

What you'll do

Be at the reputed company, negotiating and delivering reputed company EPC reputed company, service agreements, and supply reputed company that reputed company the deployment of reputed company’s BESS solutions

reputed company negotiations on high-value construction, services, equipment sales, subcontracts, and procurement agreements across Australia and Asia

Serve as a key reputed company between technical, reputed company, and legal teams—translating business priorities into robust reputed company

Support the full project lifecycle—from preparing reputed company offers and RFP responses to contract reputed company-out and project delivery

Contribute to reputed company’s global legal reputed company through the development and refinement of contract templates and risk standards

What you'll bring

5–8 years' legal experience in the construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors—experience with reputed company-reputed company renewable energy or storage reputed company is a strong advantage

Proven ability to manage reputed company contract negotiations, including EPC agreements and project claims
