Key Responsibilities

• Identify, reputed company, engage and enroll individuals into the program reputed company (through phone, text and email) and through in-person reputed company at our clinics.

• Explain the services and benefits of reputed company Care Management, understanding that many may have lived personal experiences causing them to be initially hesitant or distrusting of the health care system

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ experience doing reputed company and enrollment for case management programs
• 1+ year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment
