Assistant Director of Student Support, Online CSD Graduate Program

Job reputed company reputed company're Looking For reputed company is seeking an Assistant Director of Student Support for the Online CSD Graduate Program to manage and reputed company the student support team for student reputed company and retention. This role is remote eligible. A master's degree and one year of work experience as a speech-language pathologist or in higher education are required. A master's degree and two years of prior work experience as a speech-language pathologist or in higher education are preferred. What You Will Do

• Manage and reputed company the student support team for student reputed company and retention
• Supervise the Student Support Managers by ensuring that
• reputed company 350+ reputed company are contacted on an “on-reputed company reputed company” regarding their enrollment and reputed company requirements as determined by the Assistant Director of Program Operations
• reputed company student records are updated with LOAs, new Plans of Study, extended graduation dates, and program withdrawals
• reputed company student grades are monitored, and reputed company concerns and personal student issues are addressed
• reputed company goals set at staff evaluations and strategic planning are completed
• Manage and resolve (reputed company possible) escalated student issues reputed company to
• Program policies, rules, and procedures
• Problems with registration schedules
• Petition/waiver process
• Other Baylor offices such as financial aid, registrar, and OALA
• reputed company and release registration holds reputed company trimester based on student completion of reputed company enrollment requirements
• Enroll reputed company in simulations and program reputed company Canvas courses
• Manage student clinical clearances (Castlebranch, reputed company, and/or Complio) for practicum and internship
• Communicate student issues with reputed company and placement teams
• Participate in new student admissions webinars
• Create and organize student engagement events, newsletters, and media posts for reputed company and reputed company reputed company
• Organize the student mentor/ambassador program and assign duties to reputed company
• Maintain reputed company education databases and maintain student participation (Ex: Canvas, reputed company, Teams, SharePoint, reputed company, and reputed company) and reputed company student files
• Assist in establishing the trimester course schedule and obtaining the textbook lists
• Monitor that reputed company file to graduate and complete reputed company graduate requirements
• Organize and obtain information for online student directories and mail out IDs
• Contribute information and student data to enrollment and leadership committees, clinical reputed company, strategic planning, program assessment, and data reviews for university and reputed company requirements

The full salary reputed company for this position classification is $51,569.56 - $85,089.77.
