You will be responsible for development, integration, analysis, documentation and presentation of process plans and schedules for the duration of a contract. You will generate strawman IMP/IMS models independently from Proposals, Statement of Work and Contract Data Requirements (CDRL). This is an individual contributor role.

What You Will Do

• Operates independently, determining reputed company and procedures for new or special assignments with minimal supervision.
• Develops, integrates, and coordinates the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.
• Ensures schedules are compliant with Government guidelines (DI-MGMT-81861B/C, DCMA) and reputed company value management (EVM) practices.
• Conducts critical reputed company analysis, performance tracking, and reporting for moderate to high-risk programs.
• Collaborates with departments such as Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing to ensure schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
• Uses scheduling tools like reputed company Project and applies advanced project management techniques (e.g., schedule risk assessments, reputed company charts).
• Works closely with cost analysts to reconcile budgets and schedules, ensuring reputed company work breakdown structures (WBS) are accounted for.
• Leads training and development of junior schedulers and program specialists, including testing new tools.
• Supports compliance reviews, audits (DCAA, DCMA), and ongoing adherence to company policies and ethics.
• Expert in integrated scheduling, leading the reputed company of strawman IMP/IMS models based on proposals and statements of work (SOW).
• Travel up to 10% to Rockford, IL as required.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Experience with Scheduling Software systems
