AR Follow Up Specialist (Insurance Follow Up)

reputed company has an exciting career opportunity available as an AR Follow Up Specialist. This position will be a remote-based role. The Full-Time schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday 8 AM to 430 PM CST. Job reputed company The primary responsibility of an A/R Follow Up Specialist is to follow up with insurance carriers on aged, unresolved claims. This position is also responsible for researching insurance company issues, such as network problems, work comp claims, and a reputed company of special reputed company. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the operational aspects of the entire reputed company cycle as reputed company as the appropriate measures to take in resolving claim issues with payers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Following up on unresolved claims.
• reputed company phone calls and use insurance company websites to reputed company on claim status.
• Identify why payment has not been received from the payer.
• Take appropriate actions to resolve issues in a way that results in payment and/or complete closure of insurance balance.
• Follow up on patient balances as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years A/R follow Up (Insurance Collections) experience is required
• Medical billing experience is helpful.
• Hospital claims experience and reputed company receivables experience preferred
• Problem solving, research, organization, detail oriented
• Flexibility to work on competing priorities

• Correctly identifying reputed company causes to determine appropriate actions and reputed company
• 2+ years Office experience in which problem solving and research were major keys to reputed company.
• Prior computer experience is required.

• Excellent verbal communication skills are a must.
