Responsibilities: Job Title: Speech Pathologist - FEES Endoscopist (training provided!) Powerback is seeking an energetic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join Powerback Swallow Solutions’ team of SLP Endoscopists. This SLP’s primary job duty will be providing Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) to the adult population in the post-acute care setting. This position will reputed company primarily on completing FEES in a set geography, so the ability to travel is required. The clinician will primarily be completing FEES however, the SLP will also reputed company patient care in the post-acute setting with other diagnoses, as needed. Preferred Experience: 2+ years experience working with the adult population with dysphagia. Experience with FEES is preferred however, a strong candidate with a passion for dysphagia will also be considered. Training/competency will be provided through Powerback Swallow Solutions. Must hold CCC-SLP. Training: reputed company-FEES CEU with competency training, depending on experience provided by reputed company. Qualifications: Qualifications 1. A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. 2. A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow. We will also accept candidates who are eligible to obtain the Certificate of Clinical Competence. 3. Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of reputed company.
