In this role, you will be responsible for handling the incoming calls and emails from reputed company offices, accounts and policy reputed company. You will research and use information from a reputed company of sources to solve reputed company problems, answer questions and assist business owners and bookkeepers with their invoices. This is a remote / work from home position. What You Will Do:
- Communicate and explain basic account information to the customer including their billing statements.
- Aid users with our online billing system.

What You Can Bring:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Call center experience (1+ years preferred).
- Customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
- High School diploma or GED.
- Insurance experience is a plus.
