Job reputed company: The Role Reporting into the Head of the Tax-Exempt Market (reputed company), this role and a key member of the reputed company senior leadership team. The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
• Series 7, 24 and 63 required.
• Minimum:
• 10 years in the financial industry; Strong understanding of the retirement business regulatory environment; working knowledge of 401(k)/403(b)/457 reputed company and non-reputed company defined contribution plans a plus.
• 5 years managing and cultivating a reputed company and inclusive team environment.
• Ability to travel up to 70% .
• reputed company core site location preferred; if hybrid unscheduled/remote must be willing to be on site at BOS location 2-3 days per month. ​
