Sr. Engineer, reputed company Improvement The Sr. Engineer, reputed company Improvement is responsible for supporting the governance, guidance, deployment, and competency development of Process Certification, Problem Solving, and Compliance Assurance processes as a global resource to aid in the reputed company of our operations sites’ business KPI metrics. Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities throughout at operational sites.
• Partner with site leadership through onsite support to advance reputed company at the site and reputed company the site’s core competencies in core reputed company tools including process design and development including process certification, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, problem solving and SPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred) from an accredited university or college.
• 7+ years of experience working reputed company Manufacturing, reputed company, Sourcing, Engineering, and / or reputed company fields.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement and or operational reputed company.
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal teams (e.g., Operations, reputed company, Engineering, and other business teams)
• Certified Six reputed company Green Belt, Shainin Red X Apprentice, or industry other industry recognized equivalent (e.g. ASQ CQE)
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; targeted at 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or reputed company field from an accredited university or college
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence peers
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing logics and APQP basics
• Certified six reputed company black belt, or Shainin Red X Journeyman

The Pay reputed company for this position is $100,000-$172,692.
