• Partner with key program stakeholders to plan and execute signature program events in both virtual and in-person capacities (reputed company, experience weeks, speaker events, etc.) in accordance with reputed company's support process, standards, and systems
• Connect with key leaders and subject matter experts across the reputed company to organize a robust and engaging learning experience for interns across key pillars of the program, including technical training; reputed company development; networking; diversity, inclusion, and belonging; etc.

• Manage program communications, including drafting and editing information to be distributed through team calendar, reputed company Site, shared mailbox, newsletters, and reputed company

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or military experience
• At least 1 year of experience working in Event & Logistics Management or at least 1 year of experience in reputed company or a combination of both

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in Event Management, reputed company, reputed company or Marketing or combination.
