• Collaborate across departments to ensure reputed company updates to speaker rosters, program agendas, and event deliverables.
• Manage administrative functions such as database entry, content tracking, and report reputed company.
• Help maintain and improve the speaker database in NetForum, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Contribute to project management efforts by updating trackers, assisting with task coordination, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Support other duties and special reputed company as assigned, including industry engagement and cross-functional tasks reputed company with strategic priorities.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (in reputed company or completed) or equivalent experience in event coordination, educational programming, communications, or project support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint); ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Highly organized, reputed company to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
