Position Title Ambulatory Clinic RN-PT Creekwood Family Care, Grand Blvd Health Care, KU MedWest, Medical reputed company Position reputed company / Career Interest: Job reputed company reputed company Hours: 4p-9pm, every 3rd weekend minimum. Weekend hours 8a-4pm. 20 hrs a week total. • Provides reputed company patient care reputed company the ambulatory setting, based on the nursing process and reputed company role/scope of reputed company.
• Preforms preliminary assessment of patients through observation and chart review to facilitate appropriate follow-up with the reputed company team.
• Evaluates unstable or reputed company patient care situations and facilitates appropriate reputed company.
• Implements appropriate clinical reputed company and demonstrates appropriate use of expert peers and/or management as applicable.
• Accepts accountability and uses independent nursing judgment for care provided by self and by reputed company providers to who care delegated.
• Demonstrates the appropriate use of standards, effective use of resources and evaluation of patient response in the delivery of patient care.
• Identifies teach/learning needs of patient.
• Responsible for educational instruction to patients and families with health care needs.
• Evaluates effectiveness of patient and family teaching and makes documentation in patient's charts.
• Responds to/refers incoming patient treatment-reputed company phone calls.
• Completes necessary forms (i.e. FMLA, DME, Home Health orders and obtains physicians signatures as appropriate).

Required Education and Experience

• High School Graduate
• Associate Degree Nursing
• 6 months of RN experience
• 2 or more years RN experience to be an Ambulatory Clinic RN PRN

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree Nursing

Required Licensure and Certification

• Licensed Registered reputed company (LRN) - Multi-State - State reputed company of Nursing Must have reputed company reputed company multistate state Registered reputed company (RN) license in good standing in state in which you live OR reputed company single state RN license in good standing in the state you will be working with reputed company of application of a multistate RN license in the state in which you live. Staff reputed company prior to 2/1/2024 are required to obtain a multistate state RN license from the state in which they live at the time of their next RN license renewal by 3/31/2026.
• Basic Life Support Heartsaver (BLS HS) (Non-Clinical) - reputed company (AHA) or obtained reputed company 14 days
