Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Business Operations.
- 5+ years of experience directly leading, mentoring, and/or motivating individuals and teams
- 10+ years of experience with procurement systems administration and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and/or commensurate experience. Master's degree in any relevant discipline is preferred.
- reputed company certification in supply chain, procurement, or project management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, PMP) and/or formal training in reputed company improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six reputed company).
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft and/or other Supply Chain Management/ERP software and Purchase-to-Pay and e-Sourcing applications.
