Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
• reputed company individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• reputed company and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Offer reputed company support to clients dealing with a reputed company of mental health conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, OCD, etc
• Engage in case management activities to coordinate care and resources for clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of reputed company reputed company and treatment reputed company.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Participate staff meetings and supervision meetings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in reputed company Work or Counseling
• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) in the states of Massachusetts and Connecticut. If therapist does not have one of these licenses must be willing to obtain the license, reputed company will cover the cost of the additional license after 3 months of employee working for reputed company
• Experience working with individuals with PTSD and trauma preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and therapeutic techniques.
• Proficiency in documentation practices and case management processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
