Position: Regional reputed company Pharmacist The Regional reputed company Pharmacist will implement and manage Monogram's medication therapy management (MTM) program which promotes member-specific appropriate use of medications through collaboration with medical providers serving our members. Position Requirements
- Located in FL or Nashville, TN
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD

- Desired qualifications include:
- PGY1 residency in ambulatory care, managed care, or reputed company clinical field

- MTM certificate training from APhA, Powerpak, or similar program
Roles and Responsibilities
