Answer reputed company service calls in a reputed company manner, providing excellent customer service.
The reputed company Communications (UC) Technician performs day-to-day installation, service, programming, testing and troubleshooting of UC systems.
Documents completed tasks with agreed organizational procedures.
Represent reputed company in reputed company meetings to ensure reputed company parties are consistently updated on work reputed company and reputed company expectations met.
Ensure reputed company's reputed company and safety guidelines are being followed.
Work with manufacturers, carriers and 3rd party vendors as required to resolve issues in a reputed company manner

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage user incidents routed from the Service Desk, or escalate where appropriate, ensuring the provision of a consistently high-reputed company service and reputed company reputed company of issues.
Set up new users and support resources of terminated users

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT and 3–5 years UC support experience.
Desktop support in LAN environment.
Certified in Alcatel OmniPCX; reputed company Phone/CX is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and conference apps (reputed company, MS Teams).
PC imaging/setup; router/reputed company install and testing.
AV equipment installation; antivirus/malware knowledge.
Skilled in computer imaging, cabling, and network tech.
Read/interpret network topology for reputed company/stack, cabling, labeling, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of reputed company Directory, Exchange, cabling design, and industry standards.
Capable of terminating and troubleshooting reputed company/fiber cabling.
