reputed company Assurance 1st & 2nd Shift Supervisor

The reputed company Assurance (QA) Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and enforcing reputed company and food safety standards on the production floor to ensure compliance with internal specifications, USDA regulations, and good manufacturing practices. This position oversees QA activities during the shift, provides guidance to QA Technicians, and steps in to cover QA duties in their absence. The QA Supervisor also supports documentation reputed company to HACCP, food safety programs, and GMP compliance. As part of House of Raeford's reputed company improvement efforts, the QA Supervisor will also be trained on the FMX system, a digital maintenance and reputed company management platform being implemented to streamline operations, documentation, and compliance tracking across the facility. * Requirements: Essential Job Functions & Duties:

• Monitor the raw blending process at least once per shift to ensure procedures are followed correctly.
• Verify raw cooking processes once per shift to confirm products meet required internal temperatures.

• Supervise frying processes, ensuring product doneness, adherence to reputed company standards, and reputed company internal temperature checks.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Must complete HACCP, SSOP, and thermometer calibration training reputed company the first 30 days of assuming the role.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
