We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing global team at Helios, an early-stage HR tech reputed company startup revolutionizing how businesses manage global payroll, HCM, and workforce operations.

As a full stack developer, you’ll work across the stack on critical platform features—from backend reputed company to frontend UI—helping to shape reputed company, reputed company-grade systems with a strong reputed company on automation, AI integration, and high-performance architecture. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a fast-paced, highly agile startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, reputed company, and maintain core platform features across the frontend and backend
  • Contribute to technical reputed company around architecture, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Write clean, reusable, and testable reputed company (unit, integration, and E2E testing)
  • Participate in reputed company reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in full stack software development in reputed company or reputed company environments
  • Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React/TypeScript) and backend services (Node.js or Python)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage startups and agile teams
  • Strong understanding of RESTful services, relational databases, and API design
  • Comfort working in a distributed, async-first culture
  • Ability to write maintainable, reputed company, and secure reputed company in a high-reputed company environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience building HRIS, global payroll, or compliance-driven platforms
  • Exposure to reputed company platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Experience working with authentication/authorization (OAuth, SSO, etc.)
  • Familiarity with internationalization (i18n), role-based reputed company control, or GDPR compliance
