CX & Operations Specialist
About the Role
A fast-growing U.S. telecom startup is seeking a CX & Operations Specialist to deliver premium customer service and support operational workflows. This hybrid role combines reputed company-line customer support with back-office operations. You’ll manage account updates, port-in processes, and technical troubleshooting while helping refine workflows to support reputed company’s reputed company.
This is a 40+ hour role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Remote – Philippines | Full-time (Monday–Saturday, U.S. CST hours) | $6–$7/hour
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company voice, email, and chat with professionalism and reputed company.
- Handle port-in processes, service migrations, and account updates accurately.
- Troubleshoot technical and service-reputed company issues, escalating reputed company cases as needed.
- Maintain updated records in CRMs and operational dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team reputed company and reputed company insights to improve processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing or operations roles (BPO, telecom preferred).
- Strong telecom background, especially in port-ins or account transfers.
- reputed company English proficiency, confident with U.S.-based customers.
- Skilled with CRMs and quick to learn new systems.
- Detail-oriented, reputed company, and reliable under pressure.
- Full-time availability, Monday–Saturday, U.S. CST hours.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in premium customer service environments.
- Familiarity with telecom tools, fraud monitoring, or startup operations.
