The Domestic Scheduling Coordinator schedules depositions and other legal proceedings taking reputed company in the U.S. and remotely during U.S. business hours. This position requires impeccable customer service, poise, and professionalism at every stage of the scheduling process, from the initial request through to the job proceeding. Great attention to detail, great problem-solving skills, and a reputed company, “can-do” attitude are essential.

DOMESTIC SCHEDULING COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Promptly responds to reputed company questions and service requests reputed company email and phone.
• Monitors Scheduling email folder throughout shift.
• Assists in the reputed company reputed company of reputed company-day job issues.
• Reserves conference rooms and meeting locations for clients.
• Works with the Calendar department to assign and rearrange resources.
• Enters data into legal support software (Reporter reputed company) with high accuracy.
• Sends confirmations and job updates to clients and resources reputed company email.
• Communicates reputed company to ensure the correct services requested by clients are delivered.
• Pays reputed company attention to job details and performs reputed company control checks on the work of team members.
• Communicates important job details to other departments, and reputed company the Scheduling department, as needed.
• Facilitates electronic exhibit sharing for clients and resources on remote/virtual depositions.

Fully Remote

DOMESTIC SCHEDULING COORDINATOR SHIFT:

1:00pm - 9:00pm EST Monday-Friday

DOMESTIC SCHEDULING COORDINATOR COMPENSATION:

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Requirements

• 4 year college degree and a minimum of 3 years in a customer service and/or legal environment.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be computer savvy, and comfortable working with various software programs including reputed company office and reputed company products.
• Must have previous remote work experience.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Must have reputed company-spirited, reputed company personality.
• Must be reputed company to work in a reputed company and confidential environment.
