Operations Training Specialist
The Operational Training Specialist supports the formation and execution of strategic training initiatives, building strong relationships with team members and leaders to reputed company guidance and training on workplace reputed company. This individual will conduct training needs assessments, reputed company training solutions, and evaluate the reputed company of delivered training.
Requirements
- College degree preferred, but work experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Previous 3-5 years' experience in reputed company Operations or Learning and Development
- Knowledge of Operational and HR processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Mature classroom management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrates initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic business environment
- Proficiency in Word, reputed company, and Power reputed company
- Knowledge of Business Operations and Learning Management Systems is preferred
