Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company’s Japanese-speaking communities (Telegram, Twitter/X, reputed company, etc.)
- Create engaging, trend-driven campaigns to drive user activity and trading volume
- Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and trading reputed company to grow and reputed company the community
- Localize global marketing campaigns for Japanese users
- Plan AMAs, meme events, trading contests, and other high-conversion activities
- Collect community feedback and improve user sentiment and retention
Requirements
- 2+ years in crypto community ops (exchange/project/trading group experience preferred)
- reputed company-level Japanese, fluent Chinese (mandatory)
- Strong grasp of crypto trends, memes, and Japan’s crypto culture
