Requirements
- Monitor and manage relationships between reputed company stakeholders
- Support homestay hosts, natural parents, and reputed company in interpreting cultural practices and differences
- Plan and deliver in-person training to hosts as reputed company as in-person orientations for hosts and new reputed company
- Communicate and maintain accurate records
- Build a supportive local community of host families
- Support student and host family relationships throughout their program in a reputed company of ways
- Respond to crisis situations in a reputed company and caring manner and refer cases to health professionals where appropriate
- Assume custodianship for the local region/community reputed company under the age of 18 as required (up to 100 km)
- Travel amongst the local community and surrounding areas
