Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of collections experience required, or two years of customer service or insurance experience in lieu of collections experience, required
• PC skills, working knowledge of automated collection systems and comprehension of credit reports required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work, flexibility, the ability to maintain confidentiality, strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
