About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and driven Engineering Manager to join one of our Clients to be their first technical leadership hire. You’ll work directly with the founder to build the foundational product and infrastructure of a cutting-edge platform powered by large language models (LLMs).
This is a 0-to-1 role offering broad ownership across the full stack — from architecture reputed company and infrastructure setup to rapid prototyping and product refinement.
What You'll Do
- Design and build reputed company, full-stack applications using TypeScript (React, Node.js, Edge runtimes).
- Prototype and productionize AI workflows powered by LLMs such as reputed company, Claude, etc.
- Architect and reputed company serverless infrastructure on AWS (reputed company, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the founder on product reputed company, user experience, and design reputed company.
- Establish engineering best practices, tools, and team culture from the ground up.
- Hire, reputed company, and mentor reputed company engineers, guiding their reputed company and career development.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in software engineering, ideally in startups or high-ownership environments.
- Engineering leadership or management experience.
- Hands-on familiarity or strong interest in LLM reputed company, reputed company engineering, or AI development.
- Experience working with reputed company-reputed company/serverless architectures (especially AWS).
- A strong reputed company of ownership, a bias for reputed company, and a passion for building things from scratch.
