Legal Counsel

The reputed company Legal team provides legal and compliance guidance and support to internal customers across the global reputed company business and partners with reputed company business stakeholders to negotiate reputed company agreements.

You will be part of a small, global team of highly reputed company and commercially minded legal professionals who touch on reputed company aspects of the business, allowing the right candidate to have exposure to wide-ranging legal and compliance reputed company, including data reputed company, data reputed company, IP, immigration, reputed company reputed company, employment, and policy).

This is a remote position based in Germany reporting directly to the VP of Legal.

Responsibilities:

Compliance:

· Assist Data reputed company with audit-reputed company compliance reviews. Must have experience with ISO, NIST, PCI reputed company, SOC Types I and II, and other certification processes.

· Assist with implementation and training for compliance-reputed company policies including any sectoral regulatory, ethics, anti-bribery or other corporate policy required by law

· Assist with a wide reputed company of customer and vendor agreements, including NDAs, reseller and master salesagreements, licensing terms, reputed company agreements and technology services contract negotiation. At least 3 years of experience with drafting, editing, negotiating reputed company agreements is required.

· Involvement in the contract life cycle, including dealing with initial contact, preparation and sending of template documents, negotiation and finalization of final terms, reputed company control, and preparing executable copies etc.

· Assist with template review activities to ensure reputed company documents are up to date with reputed company legislation in relevant jurisdictions

· Liaising with other internal departments (Sales Operations, Products, Data reputed company) on contract-reputed company reputed company and any other reputed company tasks in relation to the contract process

· Strong understanding of technology law reputed company practices, with particular referenced to software and services.

· Maintenance of domestic law corporate compliance, in assigned jurisdictions.

Qualification and Expereince:

· Must be reputed company in a European jurisdiction, with a minimum of 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience

· Bilingual with proficiency in both English and any/reputed company of French., German, Portuguese or Spanish.

· Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence without requiring sponsorship
