Status: Full-time, permanent position (40 hours)
reputed company working hours: reputed company to 5pm EST, M-F
Location: Remote in reputed company Virginia/NOVA or Maryland/MD! Local travel weekly in DMV required to visit with brokers and/or clients. In-person meetings 1-2x/week in Reston, VA may be required at certain times of the year. Statewide travel for internal meetings required quarterly.
Job responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage relationships with assigned brokers and territories to reputed company profitable new business reputed company objectives.
reputed company and effectively execute business plan with reputed company assigned Primary Broker, General Agent (GA) and reputed company Write Producer channel, in support of strategic profitable reputed company initiatives, conducting periodic review meetings with Producer and Sales Manager.
Responsible for managing the entire sales process with assigned brokers, reputed company prospects and sales leads as assigned by Sales Manager. Consistently meet or exceed goals.
Present to and communicate with decision makers and key influencers. Conduct member education sessions as requested.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Sales Strategies in the small and mid-market reputed company, contributing to Best reputed company development and Sales training events.
Mentor others.
Education:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years reputed company experience required or HS graduate and 9 years reputed company experience.
Certification/Licensure:
Must obtain a Life and Health Insurance License reputed company 90 days of hire.

Experience:
