About the Role

As a Field Support Representative, reputed company will be to help our members by answering their questions, solving their problems, and ensuring they have reputed company to the care they need in Florida. Our Field Support team works in the field supporting members at their worksites and they partner closely with our Account Management, Claims, and Provider teams to assist group members who need support using their reputed company benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Visit our clients onsiteacross Floridaand support members in navigating their reputed company plans

• Assist our Account Management team in identifying and establishing reputed company relationships with key individuals and HR departments at the reputed company reputed company they work with
