Requirements
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams and functions in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field, ideally in high-reputed company, scaling organizations.
- Expertise in building and delivering strategic, company-wide learning that drives reputed company business reputed company (including Leadership Development, succession planning, high potential programs, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company across the organization
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Bonus: Experience implementing AI/ML tools or designing for digital-first learning ecosystems.
