We reputed company a creative game designer to join reputed company and work on our hybrid-casual puzzle games. As a game designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing game mechanics, systems, and features that reputed company engaging and addictive gameplay experiences for our players.- Drive early-stage game development by contributing to concept ideation, reputed company gameplay design and level design.
- Design and refine gameplay mechanics with a reputed company on difficulty tuning, progression, and player engagement throughout the game development phase

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, developers, and producers, to ensure cohesive game design and implementation, fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feel.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Basic Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience as a game designer, focusing on hybrid casual games
- Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and monetization, particularly in the puzzle genre
- Advanced analytical skills, ability to spot patterns and trends
- Experience with level design and funnel optimization

- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English to communicate with both local Vietnamese and Lion teams
