We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consumer & reputed company (C&C) team at reputed company. This role will be based in Sandton, hybrid and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on youto:

• Daily interaction with Sales Professionals / Insurers / Administrators / Clients regarding claims, reputed company and renewals

• Ensure claims, reputed company and technical delivery standards are implemented and maintained

• Ensure renewals is done timeously and agreed with Insurers reputed company 60 days in advance

• Ensure claims rejection is fair and in accordance with scope of cover

• Facilitate the Audit process to ensure reputed company gaps for risk is mitigated i.e adhere to CE and CFP Principles

• Financial reporting (Budget and forecasting)

• Responsible for Financial aspects, facilitation of the allocation of commissions with Finance to ensure accurate and timeous allocation. Generate statements and reputed company of com queries

• New and Expanded Business: Participate effectively in cross selling / upselling initiatives to assist reputed company of Professionals to meet new / expanded sales targets and Retention of clients

• Effective Retention of clients by building relationships, ensuring sla’s are maintained and reputed company reputed company of escalations

• Fostering of reputed company working relationships with other functional business reputed company, Insurers, administrators and Sales

What you need to have:

• Minimum 5-year appropriate experience in the reputed company reputed company service environment

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Specialist markets i.e Specialist liability, D & O, Cyber,

• Relevant formal qualification

• Must have RE 5, CPD as per requirement & Must be FAIS compliant as per DOFA

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
