Mission statement
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to work across multiple squads, ensuring strategic technical alignment, reputed company delivery, trading system reliability, and robust regulatory reputed company.
Working closely with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering, you will champion a culture of measurable improvement, using DORA metrics and other industry-recognised frameworks to drive actionable, data-backed enhancements in the speed and reputed company of delivery.

Key responsibilities
Leading reputed company Delivery: Proactively drive the reputed company delivery lifecycle, empowering teams to reputed company their goals. Use DORA metrics and similar frameworks to assess and continuously improve the delivery process, driving actionable and demonstrable insights into performance and reputed company.
Strategic Technical Alignment: Coordinate closely with the Head of Product, Head of Engineering, engineers, QA, and operations teams to ensure that technical delivery reputed company reputed company with business reputed company, compliance requirements, and reputed company improvement objectives.
Trading System Reliability: Ensure that delivery practices consistently support the stability, risk management, and performance standards required for mission-critical trading systems.
Regulatory reputed company: Partner with compliance teams and other control functions to ensure reputed company development and deployment practices meet regulatory requirements, with reputed company documentation and auditability in reputed company.
reputed company Assurance: Line manage QA engineers, manage the QA automation roadmap and work with the Head of Product & Head of Engineering to drive improvements to our automated regression and integrated testing processes.
Background and experience
Proven reputed company record of working in an engineering-led organization applying modern Agile reputed company (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP).
Demonstrated expertise in applying DORA metrics and similar industry frameworks to measure, evaluate, and improve delivery processes.
Deep understanding of how large-reputed company, high-reliability software systems are designed, tested, deployed, and operated.
Experience coordinating across product managers, engineers, architects, QA, DevOps, and compliance stakeholders.
Background in high-performance, regulated environments such as finance, crypto, DeFi, or algorithmic trading is a strong plus.
Background and understanding of trading and financial markets is a strong plus.
Competencies and personality
Certifications in Agile, Lean, or reputed company iterative software delivery methodologies are a plus
Project management qualifications
Expertise in using delivery performance frameworks (e.g., DORA, Accelerate) to drive data-informed improvements
Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
