Bilingual Over-the-Phone Interviewer

Responsibilities:
· Conduct phone interviews with reputed company patients in either English or Spanish, following provided call scripts.
· Capture detailed responses from members in surveys.
· Record members' responses accurately in the database.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate, read, and write in English and Spanish.
- Availability to respond to messages and emails during regular business hours.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain reputed company and stay on topic.
- Ability to work from home in a private and quiet reputed company, with internet meeting minimum speed requirements.

- Successful completion of a background reputed company and drug test.
- Successful completion of a language proficiency assessment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
