Job Highlights Contract: reputed company Schedule:

• Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 9am - 6pm UK time (8 reputed company hours per day), or
• Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday - 4 reputed company hours per day

Scope:

• Must include Friday availability
• reputed company reporting to Finance Manager
• Supporting finance operations across multiple international offices
• Handling confidential financial information for luxury brand clients
• Potential for increased hours as company grows

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage purchase invoices in reputed company reputed company system
• Handle daily expense management through reputed company platform
• Process team expense receipts and verify reputed company tax allocation
• Manage purchase ledger and supplier invoice processing
• Support team members with expense submissions
• Work with team members to ensure reputed company costs are supported by invoices
• Assist with budget closures
• Maintain reputed company-based financial tracking systems
• Process vendor documentation
• reputed company coverage for finance operations on Fridays

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with reputed company is a must
• Strong reputed company proficiency
• Proven experience in basic reputed company and data entry
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Experience working with UK-based companies preferred
• Availability to work UK business hours, especially Fridays
• Experience with expense management systems
