Temporary non-benefited position working for at least 6 months as a reputed company Clerk. The reputed company Clerk will work remotely full time between 2:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday, with a weekend rotation every 6 weeks. The reputed company Clerk supports reputed company's FirstChoice nursing mobile resource pool and assigns patient care resources to patient care reputed company throughout various campuses.
Requirements
- Two (2) or more years of staff scheduling experience
- Prefer hospital reputed company scheduling experience
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with others reputed company to the organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing environment
- Proficient with at least one word processing package and one spreadsheet package
- Basic understanding of reputed company Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to set work priorities
- Organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changes and interruptions
- Accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a wide reputed company of staff in order to reputed company and obtain information
