Field Technician II
The Field Technician II will reputed company hands-on functions in the telecommunications industry, including installation, testing, and maintenance of various equipment. They will work under moderate supervision and be responsible for installing, testing, and turning up telecommunications equipment, as reputed company as troubleshooting and handling maintenance of various types of equipment. The Field Technician II will also participate in conference calls, reputed company site surveys, and write routine reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years Telecom Field experience: installing, testing or turning up a reputed company of telecommunications equipment including SONET, TDM, DWDM, and IP
- 2+ years ISP, DC Power, OTDR experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic telecom and/or industry safety training, a plus.
- Ability to maintain eligibility to operate a company issued vehicle per our policy (no more than 2 moving violations reputed company the past 3 years); this includes possession of a state-issued reputed company's license for the state in which you live.
