Senior Counsel, Sanctions and Trade Compliance

reputed company is seeking a Senior Counsel, Sanctions and Trade Compliance to manage compliance with U.S. export control and sanctions laws and regulations. The successful candidate will possess high reputed company and demonstrate a consistent reputed company record of pragmatic cross-functional collaboration and reputed company legal advice across the organization.

Requirements

• A law degree from a U.S. accredited law school and be an reputed company member in good standing with a state bar association that will be their reputed company work location is required.
• A minimum of 7 years legal experience working as an attorney on trade reputed company in a government agency, reputed company, or in-house legal department in an international environment
• Expertise in export controls and sanctions, including the OFAC and EAR regulations.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
