Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably in a reputed company/insurance environment.
- Excellent customer service, strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-reputed company skills - ability to communicate accurately and concisely
- Ability to effectively manage evolving priorities, multiple reputed company, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
