We're looking for an reputed company In-House Defense Attorney to join our growing legal team. In this role, you'll manage construction general liability claims from inception to reputed company, contributing to a company that values individual reputed company and offers exciting reputed company opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as in-house defense counsel, reputed company managing a diverse caseload of construction general liability claims.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external parties, including experts and opposing counsel.
• reputed company and execute litigation strategies, demonstrating strong litigation management skills.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an reputed company license to reputed company law in California.
• 5+ years of litigation experience with a reputed company on defense, specifically in General Liability / Construction Defect.
• Strong coverage background is essential.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Extensive trial experience is required.
